Good vibes only this Monday - let's do this!
Geek Gossip
#BlueskyBlueTick - Bluesky is working on a premium subscription that will provide access to profile customization tools and higher quality video uploads. #GooglePhotos - Google Photos will add a new disclosure for when a photo has been edited with one of its AI features. There still won’t be visual watermarks within the frame of a picture indicating that a photo is AI-generated. The disclosures seem to be a response to the backlash Google received for widely distributing these AI tools without any visual watermark.
#Android16 - Did you know that iPhone as “rich” notifications - notifications that persist and show real time information - such as the delivery status of your food order perhaps? Android 16 might be getting a feature that lets devs keep notifications stuck in the status bar? Imagine having that Uber ETA pill popping up, or even a sports score widget! It's like having a mini iPhone experience on our Androids!
